COVID-19 Level 3 Guidelines

Most, but not all businesses can start to open under Alert Level 3. They must take health measures to keep their workers safe.

  • Workers must work from home if they can

  • Workplaces must operate safely – keeping one metre between workers, recording who is working together, limiting interaction between groups of workers, disinfecting surfaces, and maintaining high hygiene standards

  • Retail and hospitality businesses can only open for delivery and contactless pre-ordered pick up – customers cannot enter stores

  • Supermarkets, dairies and petrol stations can continue to allow customers into their stores, with the same restrictions and measures in place as Alert Level 4

  • Businesses cannot offer services which involve face-to-face contact or sustained close contact (e.g. hairdressing, massage, house cleaning, or door-to-door salespeople)

  • Other in home services can be delivered if it is safe to do so (like tradespeople for repairs or installations) – keep two metre separation from those in the house

  • Most workers will not require PPE to stay safe at work. Incorrectly used PPE can create more risk. Good hygiene measures like hand washing with soap and water, physical distancing, sneeze and cough etiquette, and wiping down surfaces is the best defence against COVID-19.



PROTECT Operations at Alert Level 3

As Level 3 restrictions come into place on Tuesday April 28 we will operate on a strict regulation on our workshop and a new way of customer interaction.  

  • Under Level 3 our Workshop will be open for quotation under a strict physical distancing with a new way of contact less quotation. We will need to do this in a way that meets the Governments Terms and Conditions.  We highly suggest that you call or email us to discuss the time and date you want to go to our workshop so we can make sure proper distancing  

  • We have secured a space outside our workshop for all viewing and quotation.

  • Our workshop will be in a restricted access

  • Vehicle Delivery and pick-up will be contact less. A drop of box (Mailbox) is now in place in Front of our office door. Drop-off and Pick-up will be during our office hours only (for security purposes).

  • Pick up and drop off will be available with some of our big packages.

  • Payment for services would be contact less. Invoice will be provided ahead of time and payment must be done prior to pick-up. Pay wave and online credit card payment is available but with sur-charge.

  • Our work environment guidelines has been in-place. Sanitation and PPE is provided to all staffs who wants to use it. Social distancing between staffs will be followed under strict supervision.

  • We have protocols in place to ensure all team members who return to work are healthy and have not been in contact with a possible COVID-19 case

  • Our Working Hours will varies during this time. This will all depend on our work demand. So please contact us ahead of time.

  • If you require full sanitation of your vehicle we can do it on site.
